I help businesses connect and people stay safe online.
In my current role at Meta, I am building the Business AI agent platform. Business AIs help deliver support and drive sales, 24/7, through custom AI agents that sound and act like a member of the business’s team.
The central challenges of a platform that generates custom AI agents: How do businesses with little or no prompting expertise create, train and manage an AI agent? How are skills and knowledge taught? And how does the business track and improve its agent performance over time?
The Business AI dashboard I helped design (1) quickly onboards businesses to an initial AI agent that is created from their own data, (2) enables businesses to teach, train and enhance their agent, and (3) reveals comprehensive sales and support metrics based on AI agent interactions with customers.
In addition, I have been working to enhance agent quality through the development of judge models that score customer conversations.
Previously, I worked on Meta’s Responsible Platforms Initiative, for which I designed solutions to help millions of third-party developers deploy apps that engage with billions of users each month — while protecting people’s personal information.
In 2024, I developed the IA and UX for the new, annual “Data access renewal” process that rolled up a wide range of compliance tasks into a single submission flow.
Before that, I was Content Design Lead for Meta's Integrity group, where I built solutions that help people protect themselves online and learn more about the content they see on our surfaces.
For the Meta Verified for Business product, I designed a verification flow to help businesses defend against impersonation, gain greater reach and receive enhanced support.
I also redesigned the Meta Ad Library to conform to the EU's Digital Services Act. We added a massive amount of new information to the Library, balancing product usability with regulatory and advertiser concerns.
From 2022-2023, I was Content Lead for Meta’s election responses, in which capacity I developed informative in-product components as well as robust safety information.
