I build beautifully simple communication systems.

In my current role, I am a Content Designer for Meta, building the Business AI platform. Business AI helps businesses sell more and stay connected with their customers through sales and support agents that sound and act just like a member of their team.

Earlier, I worked on Meta’s Developer Platform, where I helped millions of developers safely engage with billions of users each month. Before that, I was in Meta’s Integrity group, where I led content design on Meta Verified for Business, redesigned the Meta Ad Library, and designed both front-end and back-end mitigations for major event response.

Prior to Meta, I led brand voice development for non-profit organizations such as MDA, Easterseals and the Y, and global corporations such as Motorola Solutions, Pfizer, American Express and Citigroup.

I was the lead content designer for TD Ameritrade’s institutional investor platform and all of GE Capital’s financial services sites, as well as a number of major NGO sites.

I have a background in front-end design and development, database design, and commercial media production, and received an MFA in New Media from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
